Condensate collection

Indoor cooling coils remove moisture from the air. AQUORA routes that condensate into a sealed, shaded tank instead of sending it straight to the drain.

EVIDENCE & ASSUMPTIONS

Technical references and assumptions

This is a digital concept demonstrator for Pitch Perfectors. It has no live telemetry and does not certify an engineered installation.

Technical context

Condensate production varies with humidity, load and cooling conditions. Evaporative pre-cooling performance depends on weather and equipment. Water quality must be evaluated for the proposed use.

Demo inputs

50 tons × 0.71 L/ton-hour × 6 hours = 213 L. Assumed pad use: 170 L. Illustrative net electricity avoided: 18.5 kWh. Economics: 227,500 kWh/year × 6.5% × AED 0.30/kWh − AED 300/year. Installed module price: AED 9,500.

No mains-water backup is assumed. Low water or faults disable pad operation. Final thresholds, water treatment and maintenance require engineering validation.
